AllCampSpotsBot

AllCampSpots is the spot database behind the CampPilot, StayFree and Camper Navi apps. To make sure travellers see correct information, our crawler keeps campsite data current: season dates, opening hours, contact details, booking links, prices, amenities and capacity.

Its User-Agent looks like this:

AllCampSpotsBot/1.0 (+https://allcampspots.com/bot)

What the bot does

• It visits only the official websites of campsites and motorhome sites, never directories, booking platforms or review sites.
• It requests the homepage plus at most 6 subpages, at least 2 seconds apart, about every 90 days.
• It respects robots.txt: rules for allcampspotsbot apply, otherwise those for *.
• It reads public pages only and stores no personal data.

How to control or block it

To block the bot completely, add this to your robots.txt:

User-agent: allcampspotsbot
Disallow: /

To block only parts of your website, for example an internal area:

User-agent: allcampspotsbot
Disallow: /intern/
